Important tip from RP Co-Founder, Nick Shaw:

"It's important when starting a new diet (especially in the new year) to have realistic expectations. It might seem nice to want to lose 30 lbs in three months, but based on your starting weight, it could be too much for that time span. A good and reasonable goal is to aim for about 1-2 lbs/week of weight loss. That way you can do it slow, steady, and it's sustainable in the long run. The lighter body-weight you are starting out, the lower you'll be on that 1-2 lb/week range. The higher body-weight you start with, the higher on that range you will be. It's important to have realistic goals so you're not ultimately disappointed with what are actually great results. Think long-term, and focus on consistency over perfection when running your diet phase and you'll be off to a great start in 2020!"
