Renaissance client Nina Henderson won her height class at the 2013 NPC Midwest Ironman. It was her first ever show and at the age of 47 years old earned her a national qualification.
Renaissance client Jenny Davis took home 4th place in her second ever Figure show at the NPC Mid-Atlantic in Charlotte, NC. It was the largest show in NC state history. Jenny’s 4th place finish in a very competitive Figure division earned her a qualification to Jr. Nationals in 2014.
Renaissance client Matt Miles took home 1st place in the Men’s bodybuilding Lightweight class at the 2013 NPC Knox Classic. He went on to take 2nd at the Tennessee States the following weekend as well. Matt is on the left in the picture below. Matt’s victory in his weight class earned him a national qualification.
Renaissance client Gavin Gordon placed third at the NPC Knox Classic in Men’s Physique. It was his first ever show and earned him a qualification to the 2014 NPC Team Universe.
Renaissance clients Lori Leach and Ashley Mitchell both competed at the 2013 INBF Hercules in downtown NYC. Everybody took home awards for their finishes. Ashley placed 3rd in the Figure Novice and 6th in the Best body competition. Lori took 4th in the Open Figure class.
Team Renaissance struck again at the 2013 NY Metropolitan Bodybuilding show in New York City. Below, Renaissance client Lauren “Ultra” Dean made the switch to Women’s Physique from Figure and in her first ever showing qualified for Nationals at the NY Metrpolitan.
Another Renaissance client, Vinnie Laspina of New York City also made his first appearance on stage at the 2013 NY Metropolitan. He competed in the Men’s Physique division. Below are a couple of pics of the fine work Vinnie did.

Renaissance client Maxwell Hensley competed in the Men’s Physique Division at the 2012 Knox Classic placing 3rd in his first ever show.
Renaissance client Brooke Terry competed in and won the Female Bodybuilding class at the 2008 NPC Max Muscle Western Regional in 2008. Her victory earned her a national qualification.
Renaissance client Devin Ricker competed at the 2012 Tennessee States in the Teenage Class at a bodyweight of 160lbs.
Renaissance client Mel Davis competed at the 2009 NPC Excalibur in the Bikini Division.
